• Presentation/Creativity/Theme – 10%
• Sufficiency – 25%
• Appearance – 15%
• Taste – 30%
• Hygiene – 20%

Penalties:

10% off for exceeding budget

50% off for using MSG/stock

• Waterproof all items in your bag
• Use a proper backpack
• Sew on relevant badges onto Scout Uniform
